When I took the course to become a real estate agent, I thought that one of the benefits would be saving the commissions by avoiding agents and selling my property myself. However, once I really understood the real estate market, I realized how foolish that was. Sure, I could save a few thousand dollars in commissions, but how much would I lose in price?
